Darcy has played on or produced many Juno nominated or Juno winning albums. He has also played on a couple of Grammy nominated records. He has toured or recorded with many top artists including Bahamas, Luke Doucet/Whitehorse, Amy Millan, Jason Collet, Sarah Harmer, Kathleen Edwards, treble charger, Paul Reddick, Hayes Carll and many more. He is currently a member of Bahamas touring band. He is an avid black sabbath fan and vintage fender bass enthusiast.
