Rob Lamothe seen his songs on the Billboard Charts in the US. and on hit T.V. shows all over the world. Rolling Stone Europe Magazine said Rob has an “out of this world soulful voice”. Rob has shared stages with everyone from rockers Guns ‘n’ Roses to members of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Rob has toured throughout Europe more than 25 times. Within the past several years, Rob played shows and recorded in Holland, Germany and Belgium with his daughter Rose and son Zander (Zander was named ‘Drummer of the Year’ at the 2012 Hamilton Music Awards). Rob, Rose and Zander have also traveled to New York several times to the performance stage at The Smithsonian Museum in Manhattan.
Rob has collaborated and performed with IMC Rock Camp Faculty like Bon Jovi band member Phil X and with Prince’s ‘3rd Eye Girl’ guitarist Donna Grantis. Rob has maintained a life-long friendship with IMC’s Camp Rock Music Director, the legendary San-Diego-kid-turned-global-rock-biz-powerhouse, Stevie Salas.
In addition to being a professional musician, Rob is deeply committed to his community. He ran the Emergency Housing Program for 2 Southern Ontario Counties for 5 years, partnering with agencies and organizations to provide Housing Support and Front Line Crisis Intervention. Rob supported clients just released from prison, recently discharged from mental health crisis beds or addiction programs… and spouses escaping abusive relationships. Prior to that, Rob was Program Manager at Dunnville, Ontario’s Youth Impact Centre for 2 years. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for REACH, which provides over 100 programs (youth justice, autism services, student nutrition, mental health support, etc) for youth and their families.’
