COVID Vaccination Policy

IMC is NOT requiring campers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 for the 2024 season.

There are currently no restrictions imposed by the government regarding COVID-19. We will continue to monitor public health guidelines and restrictions could be imposed due to circumstances beyond IMC's control.

Policy on disciplinary actions for camper violation of camp rules and procedures.

Refund Policy

A full refund is available before May 15th if registration is withdrawn. After this date, a $100.00 administrative fee is retained by the camp. There is no refund if registration is withdrawn after July 1st. Refunds for busing are available up to two weeks prior to camp.

Camper Health/Medical Policy

The following is the waiver signed by all parents when completing their camper's online medical form.

PLEASE NOTE - No camper will be allowed in camp without their online medical form being completed and received by camp prior to the start day of the session being attended. 

To the best of my knowledge my child is in good health and I have fully disclosed all medical, psychological and/or emotional problems or concerns. In case of emergency, should we not be immediately available for consultation, I hearby give permission to the physician and/or camp staff selected by the Camp Director to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and/or to order and secure necessary related transportation, injections, anesthetics, or surgery for my child. I hearby, waive, release and absolve and agree to indemnify and save harmless the camp and their respetive officers, employees and agents from all liablility arising from my child's particiation in their program, except as such as results solely from its or their willful neglect or willful default. I confirm that my child is capable of participating safely in the full program unless I advise you otherwise in writing and I acknowledge that such participation involves risks  and hazards incidental thereto all of which are assumed by me. I agree to be responsible for any extra medical expenses incurred by my child or by the camp on behalf of my child. I acknowledge that any medical treatment will be performed in the Province of Ontario and that the Court of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, legal dispute or cause of action arising out of my child's stay at Interprovincial Music Camp/Camp Manitou, or his/her medical treatment, including any relationship with a physician, nurse or hospital .I hearby agree that if  I commence any such legal proceedings they will be held only in the province of Ontario and I hearby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario. In the case that the above medical information should change before arriving at camp, I will disclose changes in my child's health status in writing to the camp. PLEASE NOTE: Medications - prescription or over-the-counter, will be administered only if they are properly labeled by a pharmacist or physician in their original container with name of medication and dosage. All medical information will be disclosed, in addition to medical staff, to other appropriate staff at camp for the protection and safety of my child.
