Senior Musical Theatre Director
Anthony Bastianon
An award-winning pianist and composer, Anthony has been the musical director of over 200 theatre productions and has composed music in all genres. He is currently a music director for Disney Cruise Lines. With a Masters Degree in Education, he keeps close ties to working with young people whenever possible. He founded the Mississauga Youth Theatre and taught at Sheridan College's Music Theatre Performance Program for over 20 years. He has been the choir director and arranger for the choral organization, Voices Rock Canada, for 10 years. His versatility has brought him opportunities to work with acts such as The Tenors and has shared the stage with notable singers including Chantal Kreviazuk, Steven Paige, Jim Cuddy. He has contracted orchestras and choirs for performances by international artists including Josh Groban, Il Volo, and Sarah Brightman. Anthony is excited to join the tremendous staff at IMC!
