IMC Busing / Directions

Everything you need to know to get to and from IMC!

Book by August 8th to ensure availability. We will be happy to provide bus transportation after this date if seats are available. After August 8th and still need to book bus transportation? Please email anne@campimc.ca to confirm bus availability.

There are no refunds of bus payments, for any reason:
after August 4th for session 1
after August 10 for session 2

IMC uses coaches  $90.00 each way

  • Bus Information

    WEEK 1 BUS TO CAMP - Toronto only

    NEW THIS YEAR: Buses depart from Vaughan Mills Mall (1 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Concord, Ontario L4K 5W4)

    • Parking Lot 4F - outside of Entry 4 (DSW and Legoland)

    • Campers need to arrive at the bus no later than 8:30 am

    Buses leave on Sunday, August 17th at 9:30 am

    WEEK 2  BUS TO CAMP

    Hamilton Bus

    • Buses depart from Faith United Church Hamilton - (842 Main St E, Hamilton) 

    • Campers need to arrive at the bus no later than 8:00 am

    • Buses leave Hamilton on Saturday, August 23rd at 8:30 am

    Toronto Bus

    NEW THIS YEAR: Buses depart from Vaughan Mills Mall - (1 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Concord, Ontario L4K 5W4)

    • Parking Lot 4F - outside of Entry 4 (DSW and Legoland)

    • Campers need to arrive at the bus no later than 8:30 am

    • Buses leave on Saturday, August 23rd at 9:30am

    WEEK 1 BUS HOME - Toronto Only

    Buses depart Camp at approximately 3:00 pm on Friday August 22nd

    NEW THIS YEAR: Toronto bus arrives at Vaughan Mills Mall (1 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Concord, Ontario L4K 5W4) at approximately 6:30 pm*

    • Parking Lot 4F - outside of Entry 4 (DSW and Legoland)

    WEEK 2 BUS HOME - both Toronto and Hamilton

    Buses depart Camp at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 1st

    NEW THIS YEAR: Toronto bus arrives at Vaughan Mills Mall (1 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Concord, Ontario L4K 5W4) at approximately 6:30 pm*

    • Parking Lot 4F - outside of Entry 4 (DSW and Legoland)

    • Hamilton bus arrives at the Faith United Church Hamilton - (842 Main St E, Hamilton) at approximately 7:30 pm*  WEEK II ONLY

    *The return times for the IMC buses are approximate. The bus departure time from camp will depend on the time that the concert concludes. We suggest that you have your camper call/text you before they get on the bus to let you know they are departing from Camp.

  • Driving Directions

    Please plan to arrive at Camp between 12:30pm and 1:30pm on the appropriate day for your session. The programs begin at 2:00pm sharp. We suggest that you stop for lunch before coming into Camp, as dinner will not be served to campers until 5:45 pm.

    The arrival of cars and parents adds extra confusion to the already hectic time of opening day at Camp. We ask that you register your camper, drop off their baggage where designated, and say your goodbyes. We will see that campers meet their mentors and are escorted to their bunks with their baggage.

    How To Get To Camp Manitou

    From Toronto:

    1. The address of Camp Manitou is 110 Camp Road, McKellar, Ontario, P2A 0B4

    2. Drive North on Highway 400 to Parry Sound (about 2 hours and ten minutes from Toronto).

    3. Continue on HWY 400, to exit 231 (Hwy 124 Parry Sound Drive, Nobel, Sundridge) and turn right.

    4. Travel on 124 for 24 km (15 miles) until you reach the town of McKellar. You are now just ten minutes away!

    5. Turn right on Center Road, also known as McKellar Center Road and continue on for 6.2 km (4 miles) and stay to your right. (Stop for an ice cream or a snack at the McKellar General Store corner store and then head into camp).

    6. Turn right on Camp Road. Drive about .8 km into camp and follow directions from camp staff for parking.
